Do you have other packages available?

We like to keep things as simple as possible for you! We start with two packages that cover what most of our couples have been wanting.....two photographers, full day coverage, unlimited number of images, and the rights to reprint and display them on their own. Toss in a very contemporary engagement session if needed and do it all in a creative, very contemporary style. Beyond those key elements you pick and choose exactly what suits your needs and budget. Best of all...you don't need to commit up front for things unless you know you need them. Since many couples are choosing their photographer months or even a year or more in advance, it is often difficult to really settle on what you will or will not need so far in advance, especially albums!

When do we have to decide on our extras?

You don't! Not until you need them that is. This way you can feel confident in getting your date reserved with a signed wedding agreement and a $600 retainer. Then there is very little to worry about until your balance is due two weeks before the wedding. We do run some specials for certain add-ons if chosen before the wedding, other wise you can order and pay for what you want, when you want it.

What about payments and holding dates?

Dates are not held or "penciled in" under any circumstances except when we have been informed that a wedding agreement and check has been mailed. We also accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Where are you located and do you travel?

We are based in Southwest Ohio and serve the greater Cincinnati-NKY-Dayton and Columbus areas with no travel fees. For travel outside of these areas, including international, please request a travel quote.

Why don't you include an album with your packages?

Put quite simply, because we do not want to dictate to you what you will end up with or have you pay for it before you even know what you want. There are so many choices these days for great quality albums in a variety of styles and sizes. The choices can make your head spin, and that's usually the last thing you want to be worrying about before the wedding! We can offer a great selection of flush-mount, coffee table book and traditional matted albums in a wide range of sizes and prices. Most couples like to take some time after the wedding to decide on what will work best for them. If it is easier for your budget to figure an album cost into your photography package, we can help you estimate your needs and you can add an album credit to the package total.

How many pictures do I end up with and can I print from them?

The quantity varies wedding to wedding, but average is a solid 400-600+. A lot of that depends on you and how large of a wedding it is, time spent or how much is going on throughout the day. No we do not limit the number you receive, we just keep recording what we see! Yes, you may print from your DVD and take them to the lab of your choice. We can give you advice on getting the most out of your prints and even direct you to labs that can do an excellent job. The DVD does come with a Reprinting Rights Release so you can take it and have the photos printed for personal, non-commercial uses.

If we want a studio portrait, is that possible?

Yes, we have studio space located in Springboro, Ohio, between Dayton and Cincinnati that we use for both portrait and commercial work. We can also set up appointments at the studio or come to your home if you prefer.
